Hi All ~
There has been alot of "chatter" about the end of the season EHS Baseball Banquet and I wanted to "clear the air" ...
As previous emails stated Jenn Mason and Lisa Buxton have stepped up to take over as Co-Chairs of the Boosters ... Jenn contacted me and wanted to start spear-heading some events so that she could learn the ropes with Patty and me helping her. We thought that starting with the Banquet planning would be a great place to start given it is at a new venue this year AND so we could enjoy more time with our other senior activities.
Jenn has already started the preliminary planning and has contacted Coach McQueen ... And at the May 29th meeting we will all voice our opinions/votes on several items on planning the banquet. This way we have one "GO TO" person and nobody is doubling the work.
I want to thank everyone who is interested in helping ... but ask that we respect the fact that Jenn has already put time and effort into getting the first stages started ... and show her how rewarding it is to chair such a wonderful Booster Club.
Jenn is planning to send out an email at the end of the week giving us an update so we may prepare for the meeting on May 29th.

Kristen Droste has taken on the roll to put together ordering the baseball jackets ... she will be sending out order forms next week ... THIS IS NOT A FUNDRAISER ... it is just a service the Booster has always provided so the boys can purchase jackets ... we charge what Boathouse Sports charges us. THANK YOU KRISTEN!!
